Traditional glass neon signs are - they're fragile and can be expensive to run 😪

BUT, as our signs are all made from low voltage LED Neon Flex, the only maintenance required is an occasional dusting to keep it looking it’s best 😎

Sure thang! All our signs can be made splash proof 💦 protecting them from light rain and splashes. Just make sure to select this option under 'Weather Protection' when ordering your sign 👍🏼

Disclaimer 👉🏼 plugs and controllers need to be protected from the elements ☔

💔 In the unlikely event that your sign has a technical fault, within our 12 months warranty period, we'll send you a replacement out ASAP.

Outside of your warranty, get in touch and we'll give all the advice we can. The most common problem with these kinds of sign is the power supply failing which is an easy and cheap fix.

Hell No! Our UK customers will only pay for exactly what they have ordered. You'll never receive an import tax invoice... Because our signs are MADE IN THE UK!

International orders may be subject to import duties but we will be honest and open about this throughout the ordering process 👍🏼 

DON'T PANIC!😱 You don't need to be a DIY guru to fit our signs 😅 🔧

As standard, all of our signs come with 'keyhole' fixings, meaning they can be hung using simple screws. Make sure to use the correct fixings for the type of wall you're hanging the sign on. I.E. plasterboard or solid.

Don't want to get your drill dirty? No sweat! Our signs are also supplied with hanging strips which you can use to fix your sign to the wall and they can be easily removed without leaving marks or holes 🎉
