A bit about me
I’m 31 and live in my little house in Yorkshire with my English springer spaniel Bailey. I love taking him for adventures as he is happiest when running in the countryside.
My passion is also my career!
I studied Graphic Design at The University of Derby and came away with a 2:1.
Design is my career, but also my passion. I love finding chances to be creative, whether its small things like wedding invites or big DIY projects in my house.
What do I do at Neon Vibes®?
I am the in-house graphic designer, so I spend my days creating designs for the website and draw up all the artwork and custom designs customers send in. I also create e-shots for Neon Vibes® which I really enjoy.
Which woman inspires me the most?
That is easy! My mum. She is the woman who inspires me the most. She’s a strong, independent, kind, warm, helpful person and I know I’m hugely biased, but she is the absolute best! I am so lucky.
The best piece of advice I have been given
If at first you don’t succeed try, try again – although I can’t say I always stick by it!
Secret ideas for Neon Vibes®
I don’t have any secret ideas, because as the designer I am lucky enough to be able to bring my ideas and designs to life. Then if the boss and the team rate them, onto the website they go!
It is so exciting for me to watch my signs being produced in the studio, then to be sent pictures of them adorning the walls in customer's homes or businesses.
I have always wanted to
Travel. That’s what I would love to do. I have three places that I have always wanted to visit. All of them quite different, Bali, San Francisco and Ireland. I am going to make it happen one day!
